1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or it was exchanged for a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have gone through servicing/refurbishment.

The warranty period for “as new” or “unboxed” is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” the warranty period is 12 months; for “heavily used” it is 6 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

The reliable Reedog T330 electronic training collar features sound, vibration and pulse functions for all dog breeds from 15 kg. At a distance of up to 300 m, you can train up to 2 dogs using a single ergonomically shaped transmitter with a clear display. The plastic collar is water-resistant and has specially built-in contact points.

Correction type

The Patpet T330 training collar offers sound alert, vibration and electrostatic pulse as correction options. The pulse can be set in 16 levels. You can easily adjust the collar to suit your dog. You can increase or decrease the pulse or vibration strength at any time using the button on the transmitter; the sound cannot be adjusted.

Collar range

Patpet T330 helps you train your dog without a lead at a distance of up to 300 metres. The collar range is sufficient for both basic and professional training of most dogs. You can use the training collar in the city as well as in the forest.

Battery and charging

The transmitter is fitted with a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery with a capacity of 240 mAh, the receiver with a capacity of 300 mAh. The collar has very low power consumption and in standby mode it will last up to 12–15 days.

Number of dogs

With the Patpet T330 training collar, you can supervise 2 dogs at the same time. By purchasing an additional receiver, you can easily expand the system to train more dogs at once. You switch between dogs using easily accessible buttons on the ergonomically shaped transmitter. The collar is suitable for medium and large dogs.

Display

Patpet T330 features a modern backlit LCD display, making it suitable for training at night. The display clearly shows correction strength, battery status and the selected dog indicator.

Water resistance

Patpet T330 is supplied with a fully water-resistant receiver rated IPX5 (it can handle light rain or snow, but must not be submerged!). The transmitter has only basic water protection rated IPX1.

Collar length

The package includes a sturdy plastic collar that is adjustable and comfortable. Wearing it will not be unpleasant for your dog. The collar includes contact points; the collar cannot be replaced. Adjustable strap for neck circumference 20 to 65 cm.

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter is 4.5 cm wide, 15 cm high (including the antenna) and 1.7 cm deep, weight 57 g. The receiver is 3.5 cm wide, 7 cm high and 2 cm deep, weight 132 g. Rubber contact points with a 15 mm metal tip – 2 pcs on each side, 4 pcs total.
