The SureFeed bowl offers a unique way to feed your pets. Through the HUB, data about eating habits will be transferred directly to the app on your smartphone (HUB not included, must be purchased separately). Thanks to the sensor for sensing the pet's microchip (pendant or classic chip), the bowl will only open to the pet with the corresponding microchip. After eating, the bowl closes and the food stays fresh. The capacity of the bowl is 400 ml.

How does the SureFeed bowl work?

The food dispenser works on the principle of a microchip that is embedded in the SureFlap RFID collar tag or inserted by the vet in the animal's body. The microchip sensor reacts to the presence of a dog or cat with their microchip code set and only allows them access to the food. You can easily check the compatibility of your pet's microchip here at the bottom of the page.

However, if a pet approaches that does not own this food, the bowl will not open. So each of your pets only gets their own food, and you don't have to worry about one of them eating something they shouldn't.

Once the dog or cat leaves the sensor area, the lid of the dispenser closes automatically. It is also possible to choose between three different closing speeds. In addition, the top edges of the bowls are fitted with a special seal that keeps dry and wet food fresh for a long time.

How to use the Sure Petcare app

The Sure Feed bowl connects to the Sure Petcare app via the SureFlap hub, which is connected to your home router. Each hub can connect up to ten devices. The hub is plastic and catnip shaped with dimmable LED tabs. Through the hub, data about your cat's eating habits will be transmitted directly to your smartphone. You will thus have a constant overview and can identify changes in food intake in time. Use the Sure Petcare app to set the portion weight and select the type of food (wet, dry or both). The LED on the bowl will light up as you add food and a flash will alert you when you reach the set weight.
