1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or it was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, and may have at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5–15 days; scratches from claws are already visible.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15–40 days; very noticeable scratches or teeth marks are present. It may have been serviced/refurbished.

The warranty period for “as new” or “unboxed” condition is the same as for a new product; for “lightly used” the warranty is 12 months; for “heavily used” it is 6 months. The product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

Patpet B470 is a safe anti-bark collar with sound and spray functions, helping you show your dog when it should stop barking. At the first bark, the collar warns the dog with a short tone. If another bark occurs within 30 seconds, the collar sprays into the dog’s muzzle so the dog stops barking; after some time of use and training, the dog gets used to the collar and stops barking. Thanks to the collar size and correction strength, it is suitable for all dogs weighing from 10 to 90 kg. The collar is activated by a built-in microphone; if the dog starts barking or howling, the microphone detects it and the collar triggers. Thanks to sound detection, it is ideal for howling as well. You can set low, medium and high bark sensitivity, and also set the spray strength to large, medium or small. The collar is waterproof and rechargeable using the included USB cable.

Bark detection

The collar uses sound to detect barking and features adjustable bark sensitivity in three levels – low, medium and high. If you set high sensitivity, the collar will correct even quiet barking. You decide what barking volume is already too much. Thanks to sound detection, it is ideal against howling as well.

Correction type

Patpet B470 offers sound and spray functions, with adjustable spray output in 3 levels (small, medium and large). At the first bark, the collar warns the dog with a short tone. If another bark occurs within 30 seconds, the spray correction follows. The collar sound cannot be adjusted or turned off.

Battery and charging

The Patpet B470 collar uses a rechargeable and replaceable Li-Ion battery with a capacity of 150 mAh. Battery life is typically around 5 to 10 days, mainly depending on how often the collar is triggered. The collar charges via the USB cable included in the package.

Water resistance

The Patpet B470 anti-bark collar is water-resistant only, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. You can use it in light rain or snow. The collar is not intended for swimming.

Breed

Patpet B470 has a lightweight receiver, so it is ideal for all dog breeds. We recommend this collar for all dogs weighing from 10 to 90 kg.

Collar length

The package includes a sturdy nylon collar that is adjustable and comfortable. It will not be unpleasant for your dog to wear. You can easily adjust it for a neck circumference of 20 to 70 cm.

Weight and dimensions

Patpet B470 has a very lightweight, ergonomically shaped receiver. Width 3.5 cm, height 6.5 cm, depth 3 cm, and its weight is 78 grams.
