1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) Like new*

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, and may have at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15–40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been serviced/refurbished.

* We sell only 100% functional products that can be used the same as new. For example, water resistance and other properties are always preserved. The warranty period for category 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for category 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. The product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. The Patpet BC02 anti-bark collar features not only a static impulse, but also sound and vibration correction, allowing you to teach your dog to stop barking safely and gently. You can choose the settings to suit you. A new AI-trained chip in the microphone ensures even better bark recognition that will surprise you with its accuracy. USB-C charging provides fast and efficient charging. The collar lasts up to 10 days in standby mode.

Bark detection

Bark detection on the Patpet BC02 is ensured by new chip technology in the product’s microphone. Bark recognition is therefore extremely accurate and gentle. At the lowest sensitivity, the collar recognises and activates even with growling.

Correction type

The collar offers three types of correction: sound, vibration and static impulse. You can set the static impulse level in 5 levels, and vibration and sound in 3.

Collar settings

You can set the collar using 5 sensitivity levels and 2 working modes to achieve the best possible results. All on a clear and colour display.

Battery and charging

The battery in the collar lasts for 16 days. It charges easily with a USB-C cable, and charging takes only 2 hours. Enjoy training with the Patpet BC02 anti-bark collar to the fullest!

Water resistance

Patpet BC02 has only basic water protection. It will survive light rain, but is not suitable for prolonged exposure to rain or wet conditions.

Breed

The collar is designed for all types of dogs, but it will be most comfortable for medium and large dogs—from border collies, retrievers and labradors to German shepherds, Great Danes and mastiffs.

Collar size

The collar is adjustable up to 75 cm neck circumference. The lightweight nylon strap can be easily shortened or cut with scissors. The device weighs only 80 grams, making it suitable for medium and large dog breeds.
