1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new*

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or it was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have undergone service/refurbishment.

The warranty period for categories 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for categories 3 and 4 the warranty period is 6 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Dog fence system

The electronic invisible fence from the Czech company Reedog is suitable for all dogs weighing from 15 kg to 90 kg. You can set the fence zone at a distance from 30 cm to 3 metres. If the dog enters the restricted zone, it is first warned by vibration; if it continues, the collar warns the dog with a correction in the form of an electrostatic impulse. This correction automatically increases depending on how close the dog gets to the restricted zone. The collar has a total of 99 impulse levels, from the weakest to the strongest. The collar features DryDog technology, which ensures maximum protection against water ingress. The collar is therefore fully waterproof and submersible up to 1 metre. The collar housing is made of moulded and hardened plastic, making it resistant to impacts, cracking or other mechanical damage. The wire included with the Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 fence has a cross-section of 0.5 mm2 and the package includes 100 m of wire. You can expand it for installations with a garden perimeter of up to 2,000 metres; in that case, additional wire must be purchased.

Training collar

As with the fence system, the electronic training collar from the Czech company Reedog is suitable for all dogs weighing from 15 kg to 90 kg. The receiver itself has a rectangular shape and is ergonomically contoured to the dog’s neck so that wearing it causes no problems. This training system is suitable for both basic and professional dog training. Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 features sound, vibration, impulse, booster and light functions. If you use the collar without the fence, the vibration and impulse strength are adjustable up to 99 levels; sound has only one level. Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 also offers momentary and continuous impulse—a short intermittent impulse or a long continuous one. If you hold the impulse button, you activate a long continuous impulse, but not for longer than 8 seconds. The collar also includes a booster function that helps in critical situations, allowing quick use of a higher stimulation intensity level. The transmitter has a backlit LCD display for easier operation in the dark. On the display you can see all indicators (battery status, impulse strength, impulse lock, number of dogs, etc.). By purchasing additional collars (receivers), you can expand the set to train up to 2 dogs at the same time. The collar fits very well around the dog’s neck, maximising effectiveness. Correction type

Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 features sound, vibration, impulse and booster functions. Vibration and electrostatic impulse strength, with continuous and momentary correction, can be set in 99 levels. The booster function allows quick use of a higher stimulation intensity level than is set for the impulse function, helping to resolve critical situations. The receiver includes a light function in two modes.

Collar range

Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 is an ideal choice for use both in the city and in the forest, where conditions are worse and the range may be reduced.

Battery and charging

Both the transmitter and receiver in the Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 are equipped with a rechargeable and replaceable 550 mAh Lithium-Ion battery, which charges in 2 hours. On a single charge it lasts dual mode: 4–5 days, single mode: 10–12 days. You can recharge the collar and transmitter at any time using the dual mains charger.

Number of dogs

Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 can be used to control multiple dogs at once without loss of functions. By purchasing additional collars, you can easily expand it to train 2 dogs at the same time. On the transmitter you can switch between individual dogs using the buttons. For use of the fence system, the number of collars is unlimited.

Display

Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 has a high-quality backlit LCD display, allowing you to train your dog both during the day and at night. The display shows all indicators—correction type, number of dogs, impulse strength, signal strength and battery charge/discharge indication.

Waterproofing

Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 features DryDog technology with IPX7 rating, which ensures maximum protection against water ingress. The collar is therefore fully waterproof and submersible up to 1 metre. The transmitter is rubberised and water-resistant; normal rain, snow or mud are not a problem, but it must not be submerged in water.

Wire included

The basic Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 package includes 100 metres of insulated wire with a cross-section of 0.5 mm, which is fully sufficient for most installations. If the included wire is not enough, you can purchase more and easily connect it up to a distance of 2,000 metres.

Zone settings

Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 allows you to set warning and correction zones. You can set the zone at a distance from 30 cm to 6 metres. If the dog enters the restricted zone, it is first warned by vibration; if it continues, it is corrected with an impulse.

Collar length

Reedog DF-213 2-in-1 has a very strong, high-quality collar made of plastic. Wearing it does not bother the dog and it holds well on the neck. The collar length is adjustable from 20 to 70 cm. It is therefore suitable for large and the largest dog breeds.
