1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed; alternatively, the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, and may have at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15–40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been through service/refurbishment.

The warranty period for “as new” or “unboxed” condition is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” goods the warranty period is 12 months; for “heavily used” goods it is 6 months. The product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.
