1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or it was exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been through servicing/refurbishment.

The warranty period for “as new” or “unboxed” condition is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” the warranty period is 12 months; for “heavily used” it is 6 months. The product can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

With the PetSafe Automatic Ball Launcher, your dog will no longer be bored and will instead spend hours playing fetch! The waterproof PetSafe launcher is ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. Plus, you don’t have to worry about safety, because the launcher is equipped with safety sensors to protect people and animals nearby.

You can set the PetSafe launcher to up to 9 distance lengths and 6 angle settings. The launcher throws standard-size tennis balls at 45-degree angles with a range of 2.5–9 metres.

You no longer have to worry that your dog will be bored without you.

Runs on D-type batteries or on the mains adaptor, which is included in the package.
