Information about the condition of the goods

1) Opened

The device has only been opened, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The goods have never been used.

2) As new*

The goods were used as a demo unit in-store, or were exchanged by a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been serviced/refurbished.

* We sell only 100% functional goods that can be used just like new. For example, water resistance and other properties are always preserved. The warranty period for categories 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for categories 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

The remote-controlled collar can be charged simultaneously using any USB adapter. Lithium-polymer batteries charge in just 2–3 hours and provide up to 14 days of operation. The durable plastic collar is adjustable from 20 to 65 cm and is suitable for most dogs weighing from 15 to 90 kg. Choose from sound mode, 100 levels of pulse and vibration; protective modes activate if you send too many stimulations in a row. Short and long silicone caps for the contact points are also included to ensure maximum comfort for your furry friend.

Correction type:

The Reedog P11 training collar offers 3 training modes. You can guide your dog using sound, vibration or an electrostatic pulse. Vibration and pulse offer 100 training levels; the sound cannot be adjusted.

Collar range:

With the Reedog P11 training collar you can train your dog at a distance of up to 550 metres. The range is sufficient for both basic and professional training of most dogs. You can use the training collar in the city as well as in the forest.

Battery and charging:

Both the transmitter and receiver of the Reedog P11 are equipped with a rechargeable battery. Full charging takes 2–3 hours using the included dual USB cable. Transmitter battery life is up to 60 days; receiver battery life is approx. 14 days.

Number of dogs:

By purchasing an additional collar, you can easily expand the Reedog P11 training system for up to 2 dogs at once. You can then switch between individual dogs on the transmitter using a button.

Display:

The Reedog P11 features a high-quality backlit LCD display, making it suitable for training at night. The display shows correction strength, battery status and the selected dog indicator.

Water resistance:

The Reedog P11 dog training collar is only water-resistant with a protection rating of IPX5. It can be used only in light rain; prolonged time in water and diving are not possible. The collar is therefore an ideal choice mainly for basic use, but not for training dogs in water. The transmitter has the most basic water protection with an IPX1 rating.

Collar length:

The adjustable plastic collar with a reflective strip is comfortable for your dog to wear and suitable for almost all types of dogs of different sizes and breeds. Comfortable for a neck circumference of 20–65 cm and a width of 2 cm. You can also use your own collar.

Weight and dimensions:

The receiver dimensions are: width 3.6 cm; height 6 cm; depth 3 cm and weight 60 grams. The transmitter dimensions are: height 14.3 cm, width 4.5 cm, depth 2.5 cm and weight 59 grams.
