1) Unboxed

The device has only been unboxed, or the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) As new

The product was used as a demo unit in-store, or was exchanged for a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have undergone servicing/refurbishment.

The warranty period for the “as new” or “unboxed” condition is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” goods the warranty period is 12 months; for “heavily used” goods it is 6 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

It has a range of up to 1000 metres with the Chameleon®III B controller. This remote control has 18 stimulation levels and 8 programme modes, which can be customised via our free Doggify app. By default, K9 allows you to train two dogs on one transmitter (however, this setting can be changed in the Doggify app). For each dog, you have 2 stimulation buttons available, which, if needed, gives you the option to work with two different frequencies for one dog. The transmitter automatically remembers the last selected stimulation level for each button. The patented Finger Kick system is paired with your Martin System® system and allows you to wirelessly trigger the remote control’s stimulation button hands-free.
