1) Unpacked

The device is only unpacked, or the packaging has been damaged and has therefore been repackaged in non-original packaging. The item has never been used.

2) Used

The item has been used as a demonstration in a store or has been exchanged by the customer within a few days. May not have original packaging; at most, a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used

The device has been used for 5-15 days; there are already visible claw scratches.

4) Heavily used

The device has been used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It can be serviced and refurbished

The warranty period for "new" or "unpacked" condition is the same as for new goods; for "lightly used" condition, the warranty period is 12 months; for "heavily used" condition, the warranty period is 6 months. Goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

The Patpet 628 modern training collar offers sound, vibration, and pulse functions that can be used to train up to 2 dogs at a range of 600m. The small size of the receiver and adjustable collar suits different sizes and types of dogs from 3kg.  Easy and secure attachment ensures the collar stays in place even when your dog is active. The audio function allows you to use the audio signal as an alert or positive feedback for your dog. Vibration in 32 levels is another option that provides gentle and sensitive stimulation that can help your dog perceive signals and instructions. Where necessary, 8 levels of pulse can be used to provide a gentle correction for unacceptable behavior. The Patpet 628 is equipped with a waterproof receiver and transmitter that can be simultaneously charged using the included USB cable. The pocket-sized square transmitter features a small clear display with a safety lock to prevent accidental touching and injury.

Type of correction:

The Petpet 628 training collar offers 3 types of correction; you can direct the dog by vibration in 8 levels and pulse in 32 levels, and the sound mode has 1 level. The intensity level can be easily increased or decreased by using the button on the transmitter to adjust the collar to your dog's needs.

Range of the collar:

The Patpet 628 training collar allows the owner to communicate with and control the dog at a distance of up to 600 meters. This means that you can send signals and instructions to the collar and respond to the dog's behavior even at this distance. The range is sufficient for both basic and professional training of most dogs.

Batteries and charging:

Both the transmitter and receiver are rechargeable using a dual USB cable (included).  The recharge rate records 2-3 hours to full charge.  In standby mode, the receiver will then stay for 11 days, and the radio will last up to 30 days depending on usage.

Number of dogs:

With the Patpet 628 electronic training collar, you can supervise up to 2 dogs at the same time.  Simply purchase the receivers, then switch between dogs using the button on the transmitter.

Display:

Patpet 628 has a small, backlit, and clear LCD display.  The display shows a correction strength indicator, battery level, selected dog indicator, and a lock/unlock transmitter icon.

Waterproof:

The Patpet 628 dog training collar is only waterproof with an IPX5 protection rating. It can only be used in light rain, however, prolonged stays in water and diving are not possible. This makes the collar an ideal choice for basic use but not for dog training in water. The transmitter has only the most basic water protection with an IPX1 rating.

Collar length:

The adjustable nylon collar is comfortable for your dog to wear and suitable for almost all types of dogs of different sizes and breeds. The collar is suitable for neck circumference 20 - 53 cm.

Weight and dimensions:

The transmitter is 5 cm wide, 10.5 cm high (with antenna), 2.8 cm deep, and weighs 60 grams (with batteries). The receiver is 3 cm wide, 5.5 cm high, 2.8 cm deep, and weighs 79 grams.
