3) Lightly used

The device was used for 5–15 days; claw scratches are already visible.

4) Heavily used

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have been serviced/refurbished.

The warranty period for “as new” or “unboxed” is the same as for new goods; for “lightly used” goods the warranty is 12 months; for “heavily used” goods it is 6 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.
