1) Unpacked

The product is unpacked or the packaging has been damaged and was therefore packaged in a non-original packaging. The product has never been used.

2) Like new *

The product was used as a demonstration, at the store, or was replaced by the customer within a few days. It does not have to have original packaging, it has a maximum of some light bruises.

3) Lightly used *

The product has been used for 5 to 15 days, with scratch marks from scratches.

4) Hardly used *

The product has been used for 15 to 40 days, there are very obvious scratches or tooth marks. Product can go through service, repas.

The warranty period for categories 1 and 2 is the same as for new products. The warranty period for categories 3 and 4 is 6 months. Products can be exchanged or returned within 30 days.
