Information about the condition of the goods

1) Unpacked

The device has only been unpacked; alternatively, the packaging was damaged and therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The goods have never been used.

2) As new*

The goods were used as a demo unit in-store, or were exchanged by a customer within a few days. They may not have the original packaging, with at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible scratches from claws.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks. It may have undergone servicing/refurbishment.

* We sell only 100% functional goods that can be used the same as new. For example, waterproofing and other properties are always preserved. The warranty period for categories 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for categories 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

The PetSafe spray anti-bark collar from American manufacturer PetSafe is suitable for dogs weighing from 18 kg. The collar detects barking using dual Perfect Bark™ technology, which combines a vibration sensor and a microphone. The anti-bark collar activates only if it detects throat vibrations and, at the same time, the sound of barking; after activation, a spray correction is delivered. This almost completely minimises false activations. Thanks to this feature, the collar is also suitable for households with multiple dogs. The collar cannot be influenced in any way by other dogs. The system includes "Temperament learning" software, which monitors which correction level is ideal for the dog to prevent excessive barking, or to eliminate this behaviour. The collar is therefore suitable in its settings for small breeds as well as for large and temperamental dogs.

Perfect Bark™ - dual detection of excessive barking using a vibration sensor and a microphone. This technology ensures that the collar activates and delivers correction only when it detects vibrations from the vocal cords and, at the same time, the sound of barking.

Temperament learning - this technology allows the collar to adapt to the dog’s temperament and thus ensure as few, yet as effective, corrections as possible. The collar remembers the correction strength most often needed to stop the dog from barking. On subsequent activation, the collar starts at this level, or one level lower.

Correction type

PetSafe Big Dog Spray uses spray correction to prevent barking. This correction is very gentle yet highly effective. The spray lasts for 30–40 sprays. In the case of borrowing the collar, the spray must be paid for.

Battery and charging

PetSafe Big Dog Spray is powered by a 6V RFA-188 battery, which lasts 3 to 6 months. It always depends on frequency of use. Low-battery status indicator.

Waterproof

PetSafe Big Dog Spray is waterproof, but not submersible.

Collar length

PetSafe Big Dog Spray has a very strong, high-quality collar made of plastic. It does not cause the dog any problems when worn and it holds well on the neck. The collar length is adjustable from 20 to 70 cm.
