You can check that your kit is working properly at any time. Make sure that the receiver is switched off. Connect the test lead wires to both electrodes: loosen the electrodes, insert the test lead wires underneath them so that they hold firmly, and tighten the electrodes again. Turn on the remote control and press the receiver button to release the stimulation pulse. The test glow lamp will flash to indicate receipt of the pulse. The change in pulse intensity based on the 1 to 30 selection (depending on the model) will be visible in the weaker or stronger glow of the test glove. At this point, the stimulation pulse is only indicated by the test glove lighting up, i.e., the electrodes are not giving any correction pulses.
