Information about the goods status:

1) Unpack

The device is only unpacked or the packaging has been damaged, that's why the product has been repackaged in non-original packaging. The device was never used.

2) Nearly new*

The product was used for demonstration in the store or was exchanged by the customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, maximum the product may have several light abrasions.

3) Easily used*

The device  has been used for 5-15 days, scratches from the claws are already visible on it.

4) Heavily used*

The device has been used for 15 to 40 days, there are very noticeable scratches or toothprints. The product can be after maintenance or repair.

*We sell only 100% functional goods that can be used as well as new ones. For example, waterproofing and other properties are always preserved. The warranty period for category 1 and 2 is the same as for the new goods, for categories 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. The product can be changed or returned during 30 days. The device is always presented in full configuration (if have not been provided differently).

The collar is designed for training only one dog a distance of no more than 200 meters. More suitable for training at home. The device can withstand only light rain. Correction type:

The d-Control Easy Small model offers 2 types of correction signals - warning sound and pulse. You can configure the pulse in 6 levels. Thanks to the weak electrostatic pulses the collar is suitable for small and sensitive dogs breeds.

Range:

The collar is suitable for training at home or, for example, in the garden. The maximum distance for training is 200 m. Don't forget, that the range is always calculated in the laboratory, so you should consider the possibility of inaccuracy. The range is quite sufficient for training and fixing of conventional command. 

Battery and charging:

The receiver and transmitter uses the CR2 3V lithium battery. The service life of the collar around 6 - 12 months depending on the frequency and correction type that mostly used. The battery status is indicated by a light indicator.

Waterproofness:

The collar comes with a fully submersible receiver. This makes it the ideal choice for training in or near water or extreme conditions (forest, mud). The transmitter has basic protection against water.

Number of dogs:

The device is suitable for training only one dog.

Display:

The transmitter does not have a display, the front panel is equipped with buttons to control each function.

The collar can be adjusted in sizes 15-45 cm.
