Information on the status of goods

1) Unpacked

The device is only unpacked, or the packaging has been damaged and has therefore been repackaged in non-original packaging. The item has never been used.

2) Used*

The item has been used as a demonstration, in a store, or has been exchanged by the customer within a few days. May not have original packaging, at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device has been used for 5 - 15 days, there are already visible claw scratches.

4) Heavily used*

The device has been used for 15 to 40 days, there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It can be serviced, refurbished.

* We only sell 100% working items that can be used just like new. For example, waterproofness and other features are always preserved. The warranty period for category 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods, for category 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. Always include complete accessories unless otherwise stated.

The Patpet 400 training collar is designed for the most sensitive and stubborn dogs. With the purchase of an additional receiver, you can expand it to train up to two dogs at once. The Patpet 400 is for those dog owners who want to train their dog without the use of electrostatic correction. With the Canicom Spray training collar, you can train your dog up to 80 meters and you can use the short/long sound and short/long spray functions.

Type of correction:

Patpet 400 is electrostatic pulse free and has the option of using an sound warning and a long/short spray as correction. There is a separate button for each function, this is important for quick operation of the collar.

Range of the collar:

Patpet 400 helps you train your dog without a leash up to 80 meters. It is therefore suitable for less demanding training in the home or garden where the terrain is not very rugged.

Batteries and charging:

The transmitter is powered by a 12 V 27A battery. The receiver has a built-in lithium battery that can be recharged more than 1000 times using the included USB cable.

Number of dogs:

Patpet 400 can be used to train two dogs at the same time by purchasing an additional receiver.

Display:

Patpet 400 has no display.

Waterproof:

The Patpet 400 dog training collar is only water resistant with an IPX5 protection rating. It can only be used in light rain, however, prolonged stays in water and diving are not possible. This makes the collar an ideal choice for basic use, but not for dog training in water.
