Dogtrace d-control 1000 mini | Electronic training collar

The Dogtrace D-Control 900 Mini electronic training collar is, thanks to its smaller receiver, suitable for small and medium dog breeds from 1 to 30 kg. The transmitter features sound, short and long impulse in 30 levels and the Booster function, which ensures a prompt response; by pressing it you increase the impulse level by up to several levels. With its range, the collar is suitable for both basic and professional training of most dogs. At a distance of 1000 m you can train up to 2 dogs at once using one transmitter. The D-Control 1000 Mini model is an ideal choice for use both in the city and in the forest, where conditions are worse and the range may be reduced. The collar receiver is supplied as a fully submersible receiver. The transmitter has a built-in backlit LCD display with indication of impulse level, selected dog and battery status. The front panel is fitted with buttons to control the individual functions. The Dogtrace D-Control 1000 Mini is switched on and off using a magnet; to switch the collar on/off, simply place the transmitter against the receiver. Another advantage is the long battery life of up to 6–12 months. For certainty, the battery status is indicated by an indicator light.

Correction type

The D-Control 1000 Mini model offers 2 types of warning signals – corrections: sound and impulse. The short and long impulse can also be set on a 30-level scale. The collar is suitable for sensitive as well as temperamental dogs, which is reflected in the wide range of electrostatic impulse strength. The model also features the Booster function, which provides a step increase in impulse.

Collar range

With its range, the collar is suitable for both basic and professional training of most dogs. The maximum training distance is 1000 m. The D-Control 1000 Mini model is an ideal choice for use both in the city and in the forest, where conditions are worse and the range may be reduced.

Battery and charging

The transmitter is powered by 2× 1.5V AA batteries, whose status is shown on the LCD display. The receiver is powered by a 3V CR2 battery, with a service life of 6–12 months depending on the frequency and type of functions used. The battery status is shown by an LED indicator on the receiver.

Water resistance

The collar receiver is supplied as a fully submersible receiver. It is therefore an ideal choice for training in water or extreme conditions (forest, mud) or near water. The transmitter has basic water protection.

Number of dogs

By purchasing one additional receiver, the Dogtrace D-Control 1000 Mini training collar can be used to train up to 2 dogs at the same time, using one transmitter.

Display

The transmitter has a built-in backlit LCD display indicating the impulse level, selected dog and battery status. The front panel is fitted with buttons to control the individual functions.

Collar length

The D-Control 1000 Mini model has a sturdy, high-quality collar made of woven textile. It does not bother the dog when worn and holds well on the neck. The collar length is adjustable from 18 up to 75 cm.

Weight and dimensions

The transmitter is 5.3 cm wide, 11.9 cm high, 2.8 cm deep (without antenna) and weighs 88 grams. The receiver is 4 cm wide, 6.1 cm high, 3.1 cm deep and weighs 44 g.
