Information about the condition of the goods

1) Opened

The device has only been opened, or the packaging was damaged and it was therefore repacked into non-original packaging. The goods have never been used.

2) As new*

The goods were used as a demo unit, in-store, or were exchanged for a customer within a few days. It may not have the original packaging, at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device was used for 5–15 days; there are already visible claw scratches on it.

4) Heavily used*

The device was used for 15 to 40 days; there are very noticeable scratches or tooth marks on it. It may have been through servicing/refurbishment.

* We sell only 100% functional goods that can be used the same as new. For example, waterproofing and other properties are always preserved. The warranty period for categories 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods; for categories 3 and 4 the warranty period is 6 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. They always include complete accessories unless stated otherwise.

For cases where the dog is within 40–100 metres, the package also includes a remote transmitter (range 40 metres) that allows you to activate the device manually.
