Information on the status of goods

1) Unpacked

The device is only unpacked, or the packaging has been damaged and has therefore been repackaged in non-original packaging. The item has never been used.

2) Used*

The item has been used as a demonstration, in a store, or has been exchanged by the customer within a few days. May not have original packaging, at most a few light scuffs.

3) Lightly used*

The device has been used for 5 - 15 days, there are already visible claw scratches.

4) Heavily used*

The device has been used for 15 to 40 days, there are very noticeable scratches or teeth marks. It can be serviced, refurbished.

* We only sell 100% working items that can be used just like new. For example, waterproofness and other features are always preserved. The warranty period for category 1 and 2 is the same as for new goods, for category 3 and 4 the warranty period is 12 months. The goods can be exchanged or returned within 30 days. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

The PetSafe Static Anti-Bark Unit is an anti-bark unit that uses ultrasound to prevent barking. The package contains 2 units that are placed in a space for better effectiveness. The anti-bark booth/unit activates when the built-in microphone picks up a dog barking within a range of 6 to 8 feet. The device sends out a 2-second ultrasonic signal that only the dog can hear (frequency 20kHz , correction approx. 120dB inaudible to humans). The emitted ultrasound should be unpleasant enough for the barking dog to stop barking. The device is best suited for household use for younger or less stubborn dogs.

Note: The static unit helps to unlearn excessive barking. It is suitable for most but not all dogs. It is best to consider the dog's sensitivity to external stimuli and its temperament. Do not use on dogs that have hearing problems. The device should only be used at times when you do not wish the dog to bark, as some dogs will develop a certain 'insensitivity' to ultrasound after time of constant use of the device and so the dog may become totally immune to the device. If your dog does not respond to the anti-bark unit, we recommend purchasing one of the anti-bark collars. 

Range

The range of the PetSafe anti-bark unit is 6 to 8 metres. The device is best suited for the home and should be placed as close as possible to the barking dog (within about 3 meters) where the dog most often barks (by the door, window, etc.).

Type of correction 

The PetSafe anti-bark unit has the possibility to use an ultrasonic signal as correction, which is only audible to dogs, not to humans. 

Batteries and charging

The PetSafe anti-bark unit is powered by a standard 3V CR2032 battery.

Waterproofing

The PetSafe Anti-Split Unit is neither waterproof nor water resistant. It must be kept in a dry environment.

Number of dogs

The PetSafe anti-bark unit emits ultrasound and is suitable for one or more dogs. But only if they are all barking, because all dogs are punished at once.
